Gunther Sound sells digital products exclusively. We do not sell or ship physical goods of any kind — no CDs, no vinyl, no printed materials, no merchandise.
Every product in the Gunther Sound catalog is delivered digitally, instantly, directly to your inbox and download portal the moment your payment is confirmed.
There are no shipping fees. There are no delivery windows. There are no tracking numbers. Your music is ready the second your order is complete.
How You Receive Your Order
Step 1 — Complete checkout. Pay securely via Stripe or PayPal on gunthersound.com.
Step 2 — Instant delivery. Immediately after payment confirmation you will receive an email containing your secure download link. Your MP3, WAV, and License Certificate PDF (Creator and Annual License purchases) are all included in that link.
Step 3 — Download and save your files. Click the link, download your files, and save them somewhere safe. We recommend keeping a backup copy on a second device or cloud storage. Download links are available for a limited time after purchase — if yours has expired contact support@gunthersound.com and we will resend it.
Didn't Receive Your Download Link?
If your order is confirmed but you have not received your download email within a few minutes, try the following:
Check your spam or junk mail folder — automated download emails occasionally get filtered. Search your inbox for any email from gunthersound.com. Log into your account at gunthersound.com and check your order history — your download link will be available there directly.
If none of those steps resolve the issue, contact us at support@gunthersound.com with your order number and we will resend your files promptly. We respond to all support requests within 24 hours.
